How do cluster organizations benefit European SMEs?

Abstract

The aim of this study is to review the services, provided by European Clusters to their members and the effect of their activities on SME' competitiveness, innovative potential and internationalization. The author explains why cluster services are important for the success of the cluster, what are the key success factors for implementation and identifies the good practices of business and service model of cluster organization across Europe. The report reveals many examples of cluster services that could be used as a guideline for the interested cluster organizations in Bulgaria.
