| dc.description | The significance of the problem of usability of web-based information systems grows up nowadays, as a result of the rapid development of the systems for е-commerce, е-learning, and especially the online systems for administrative services, developed on the national program “е-government”.The principles of user-centered design are presented in this paper. Some factors, properties and characteristics of the user interface, having strong influence on the usability of the information systems, are analyzed.
