Abstract

The partition of heat cost in condominium-style buildings is among the most current existential problems for thousands of Bulgarian families. This partition has a number of violations, there are a number of unresolved problems which are becoming increasingly widespread, give rise to unjustified redistribution of the incomes of the population, causing them property damage and the heat distribution companies will lead to bankruptcy. After the disclosure of the problems in the article, the ways for their radical resolution are outlined.
