Abstract

The text discusses issues related to the need to improve energy efficiency of buildings; considered are also issues related to dangers of architectural degradation of buildings of artistic/architectural value and urban aesthetics due to applied improper energy saving measures to their fa?ade, thereby affecting public interest from culturally relevant point of view; investing funds in pre-fabricated panel buildings, who technological life is 50 years; some of the buildings rehabilitated under energy efficiency programs are over 40 years old; analysis of the ability of the administration in this context.
